Refund policy

At Shopee Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that every order is backed by a clear and fair return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and box
  • All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not qualify for return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged footwear
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@shopeemart.shop to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging for verification

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Fraud Prevention & Partial Refunds

Orders identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or violating store policies may qualify only for a partial refund after review and processing fees deduction.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or credit card company
  • Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions
