This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for customers purchasing from Shopee Mart within the United States.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping delivery time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All United States addresses, including residential and business locations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Free Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–9 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
- Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Shopee Mart is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume periods
- Customs or carrier operational delays
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately at support@shopeemart.shop
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment
- Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to our support team for assistance
Shopee Mart is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once shipped, orders must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
